The vacation home was recently renovated and lovingly furnished at the end of 2024.

The layout of the house makes it ideal for a small family.

On the upper floor is the fully equipped kitchen with integrated dining area and sea view, which invites you to enjoy a cozy meal. There is also a very bright living room with access to the balcony, with fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean - enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets from the upper floor!

On the first floor is the master bedroom (with air conditioning) with access to the cozy terrace. And another bedroom with a single bed.

Both floors are equipped with a bathroom each. Both with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

The center of the village of Morro Jable can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. There you will find supermarkets, have the opportunity to do some shopping or just enjoy the many restaurants and bars.

Another big advantage of the house is our solar system. The whole house is solar powered, so we are also doing something good for our environment.
