We are a young and familiar team specialized in the rental of vacation homes and vacation apartments in the south of Fuerteventura. You can expect cozy accommodation in a fantastic location, as well as additional services such as our coworking center. Enjoy your vacation, whether you want to do physical activities or just relax

Our opening hours: As we are not always in the office, please arrange your visit with us in advance. As a general rule, we will be available from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. In case of emergency, please contact us by telephone

Information and house rules:

General: We would be very grateful if you would take care of all the objects in the house. This way, the next guests will enjoy them again, or you yourself, during your next stay.

Smoking: Smoking is only allowed on the balcony/terrace.

Doors and windows: Before leaving the house, please always close all doors and windows.

Awning (If available): When you are at home and extend the awning, please always secure it with the chains / metal arms. When leaving the house, always retract the awning.

Air conditioning (if available): Please use air conditioning with care - the environment and we thank you for it!

Damage: Please inform us if any damage has occurred.

Tap water: Tap water is NOT drinking water here on the island.

Waste: Take care of the environment and avoid waste as much as possible. Do not flush diapers, sanitary napkins, etc. down the toilet. Please dispose of garbage regularly in the appropriate containers, this will keep the bugs away.

Departure: Please contact us the day before and briefly discuss your departure. Please do not leave trash in the house and leave the key in the key box (if available)
